Quotations and Payments

Chinese- English Translation Fees effective from 01 October 2023: 

Translated documents need 2-3 working days to process.

Basic rate for other type of text documents: $27.00 per 100 words (Chinese or English), GST exclusive.

Technical text surcharge: negotiable based on documents provided.

*Delivery of documents via post, courier according to the market price.

Interpreting Fees, including:

Normal working hours (8am-5:00pm): NZ$180.00 for the first hour (including call-out fees $60.00), NZ$120.00 per hour for any following hours (> 1 hour, minimum charge unit 30 minutes 1/2 hour); 

**starting time during peak hours (09:30am-12:30pm): NZ$210.00 for the first hour (including call out fees $60.00), NZ$150.00 per hour for any following hours (> 1 hour, minimum charge unit 30 minutes 1/2 hour); 

After working hours (5:00pm-8:00am): NZ$90.00 per hour in addition to normal working hour rate.

Transportation Allowance/call-out: NZ$60.00 + (Parking) within Auckland City and Manukau City, NZ$85.00 within Waitematai and Northshore City. Surcharge applied to location outside of Auckland region.
